S100

The S100 streamer was engineered with a singular purpose: to be transparent to the listener’s music. For this to be achieved, a streaming solution had to be developed from the ground up.

The S100 uses a unique hardware and software architecture that acts as memory for the music track. This memory is loaded with the audio data and then clocked by best-in-class, high accuracy FEMTO clocks for all families of frequencies, before being directly connected to the audio outputs. In that way, this direct memory architecture decouples the computing system from the audio playback and allows the generation of the digital audio signals to be directly driven by the clocks, not just timed. Thus, surpassing any off-the-shelf solution in timing accuracy, jitter and noise.

All these are brought up to life by exclusive to the S100 operating system and driver software, that ensures the smooth operation of the system as a whole.

Everything in this custom hardware design is powered by discrete, all linear regulators driven by in-house wound transformer and filter.

For the operation of the S100, a mobile application has been developed that allows easy playback software selection and control of the functions of the device.
